Groenland: I changed from Bobbi Brown because I felt it was heavy and cakey. When I first tried this out, it was amazing! Light and non-sticky. When I used BB Tinted Moisturiser, I used "Light", but it was very orangey. This one is a Light-Medium with Neutral-Pink undertones. I have to say that this one fits me better because it looks more natural when it is on. Of course, it will look better when you put some blush and bronzer on. I also tried Alaska which is the Light shade, it also matched my skin tone, but I decided to purchase this one because it was winter and if I go even lighter, I'll look like a ghost in Summer! I recommend putting some SPF moisturiser under this just to be safe, because even though there is SPF in this, apparently according to Australian/NZ standards, it is not up to par (so that is why when we buy NARS there, there won't be any SPF label on it, despite there being actual SPF there).

Cuba: If you are looking for a lightweight, foundation that offers a buildable amount of coverage and a beautiful finish, then the NARS Tinted moisturizer is for you. I bought this tinted moisturiser about a year ago, and have been wearing it since. I feel that it keeps my skin moisturized in colder weather and doesn't feel heavy at all in hotter weather. I also wear it to the gym. It comes in a great range of shades- I wear Cuba which is great match for Indian/hispanic/ brown nc40-nc44 skin colour. I like to apply it with my fingers like a moisturiser. If you like a dewy finish, then it can be worn alone. If you like a more matte finish, then just apply some transluscent power on top with a fluffy brush.The product also lasts for a VERY long time- highly recommend :)
