For years I used this classic Opium body creme packaged in a large glass jar..it would last a long time. Sadly I havent been able to buy it like this, only in a lotion form which smelt different-less spicy & more tangy-more for summer application as it was too light, which was impractical for me as I use this perfume moreso in the cooler months as I find it a heavier scent. The recently i found this moisturizer which is really the closest to the original body creme. I am really thrilled- I would have bought ten bottles- but only purchased two, just in case they were not what I hoped for and also they can go off. If you love Opium the classic- this is the best way to wear the scent in a milder way or to layer.

This is a beautiful product. The lotion spreads well, giving good coverage and the scent is divine. The strength of the scent is such that it can be worn alone without an additional spray of fragrance if you choose. I think that it is good value because it moisturizes your body and makes you smell nice - a good 2 - in 1 product. Make sure that you purchase from a store that has high turnover of product because the product can turn if it is old. My husband bought one from a pharmacy where it had been sitting on the shelf for years and it was horrible.
