It can be diluted by up to 16 times.
The natural broth is produced with selected bonito flakes shiitake mushrooms and kelp.
Seasoned with Organic White Soy Sauce which gives a richer taste than regular soy sauce without darkening the colour of the ingredients.
Ideal for soups stews dressings dipping sauce for tempura/noodles.
