Whenever a product claims to do something specific I think "Yeah sure it does!" but I have to say this product goes a long way to satisfy its claims. I have tested this moisturizer on its own and with several different foundations and it does noticeably reduce shine. I find that by early to mid afternoon my forehead is starting to get a bit shiny but I have a particularly oily T-zone. My skin feels moist and comfortable without being too greasy. I find it better than oil-free formulations. Ladies with normal skin should get a really good result with this product.
